Classic Urethane
Bowlers have been asking for it and we now have it, a great urethane option!  Columbia 300 dominated the high performance market when urethane was king and now we’re back at it.

Resurgence Core
Columbia 300 produced a urethane ball in the 1980’s called the U2, this signified that the ball used a 2 piece core.  While the 2 piece core is considered the norm in performance balls these days, we decided to bring the name back while also throwing in one of Columbia 300’s most successful cores for added performance, the Resurgence Core.

What To Expect:
The Classic U2 is exactly what you would expect out of a urethane ball, it is smooth and controllable and devastates the pins in the right environment.  The Classic U2 is an excellent choice for higher rev rates, slower ball speeds, and tough and dry conditions.

Violent Eruption (Available 6/21/12)

New Era SF Plus:
New Era reactive coverstock has been a proven winner in the Columbia 300 line for a number of very successful releases. The Skid Flip version of New Era was used in the original Eruption with great success. To follow up the great Eruption, we’re introducing New Era SF Plus, which will produce the same ease through the heads and even more back end pop!

Resurgence Core:
It doesn’t always have to take reinventing the wheel in order to produce a great bowling ball.  The Resurgence core will go down in Columbia 300’s great history as one of the most successful cores we’ve produced. The low RG and Medium Differential makes this a great choice for all styles.

What To Expect:
The Violent Eruption is clean through the front and provides the greatest length in the Columbia 300 lineup. The sharp move it makes off the friction along with it’s length makes this ball a great choice on most medium to medium dry lane condtions.

High Performance

Wicked Encounter (Available 7/24/12)

Elastin 8.0 Supreme (Hybrid)
The Elastin breakthrough technology has been taken to new levels for the Wicked Encounter.  An entirely new chemical additive has been used in order to create more friction in the front of the lane while helping the Wicked Encounter stronger motion through back part of the lane, even on heavier oil conditions.

Encounter Core
The Encounter core is the same dynamic core found in the original Encounter and Dark Encounter.  Bowlers have come to love the Encounter core for the performance it provides through strong and versatile performance characteristics. 

What To Expect
The new Elastin coverstock provides a new motion characteristic for this category that Columbia 300 fans have been asking for… more overall hook!  Once again, the Elastin cover along with the Encounter core are a great combination for strong hook and wicked strikes!

Oath (Available 9/11/12)

Bend-It Solid
Bend-It Solid was first used on the Omen, an extremely aggressive pearlized ball that likes oil.  The Oath features a solid version of Bend-It that has been modified to react stronger in the mid-lane and through the back of the lane than the pearlized version.  We modified the cover composition to provide the strong reaction where you want to see it.

Capsule Core
The Capsule core was designed to provide great performance and versatility while also being very simple.  A simple symmetric shape with great performance characteristics was chosen in order to be very driller and bowler friendly.  The low RG Capsule revs up early and the high Differential helps create a large amount of flare for great continuation in the backend.

What To Expect
Strikes… and lots of them!  The reaction shape of the Oath is sure to be a favorite with all styles.  The Oath has a strong core and cover combination that provides an ease through the front of the lane and strong mid-lane and back end where you like to see it most.
